GuessMarket Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet browser extension that allows you to:

• Store, send, and receive cryptocurrencies
• Interact with decentralized applications (dApps)
• Manage tokens across multiple blockchain networks
• Connect to the GuessMarket prediction market platform

2 Your Responsibilities

As a user of GuessMarket Wallet, you are solely responsible for:

• Securing your seed phrase and private keys - Write them down and store them safely offline
• Never sharing your seed phrase - No one from GuessMarket will ever ask for it
• Verifying transaction details before confirming any transaction
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the security of your device and browser

3 Non-Custodial Nature

GuessMarket Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, which means:

• Your private keys are stored only on your device
• We cannot access, freeze, or control your funds
• We cannot reverse or modify any transactions
• We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase
• You have complete ownership and control of your assets

This is by design. True ownership means true responsibility.

4 Risk Acknowledgment
